Bmckinney702: "I filed a chapter 7 approixmately 3 years ago becuase I was trying to save my house from being foreclosed. Wells Fargo went in and lifted the stay without giving me a chance to appear in court and foreclosed on my property. I am confident that there were many illegal things done in the foreclosure as they denied all of my workout negoitations when they had been approved by HAMP. Since I have been living from seedy motels to motel; my family was scattered and I lost control of my life and spinning in a cycle. I would like to file a lawsuit aside from the Help for Homeowners and Foreclosure Independent Review. I am involved with both of the redemies but there is so much, much more to this issue. I purchase the home for $310,000 and Wells Fargo 1099 me for $360,000 after they foreclosed. They contended that they would overturn the foreclsoure but they lied and sold the property for $155,000 but would not modify it for me. I desperately need help to bring my family back together again."
