In 2005 when I was 24 and lived in Maryland worked for this terrible insurance company that was all commission and accepeted a draw. I didn't repay the draw when I left so the manager that hired/trained me had to repay it.
This former manager actually was relieved of his managment position at the company and signed up with another doing the same thing before I quit. So I think my best defense is lack of training. Do you think that will hold up?
Furthermore I haven't been served and the "Plaintiff's Motion to Authorize and Affirm Service on Defendant is Denied"
Whenever the attorney has sent me something I've replied, and replied to the court but it keeps getting returned because they don't have a certificate of service.
Today Iwas emailed a "Notice to take Depostion" I now live in California so I couldn't go in for a depostion if I wanted to, but what are the ramifications of ignoring it?
Thanks for the advice in advance!
