My husband (Mr. CTWith3) has four (4) disabilities that he is seeing doctors for. His employers knows about those disabilities but they have continued to play games with him and violate his rights to the point where I had to push him to file charges with the EEOC.
The fallout of their bullying him has driven a huge wedge between him, our 3 children andmyself. He no longer participates in anything, including intimacy- it's been 8 months due to the harrassment at work, and sude effects from medication needed to help him cope with their garbage.
He has no quality of life, and as a result the children and I suffer. Is there a way to make them pay for their cruelty, his being harrassed ,and the damage done to our family life?
