Can I prorate my last month of rent if I am moving out early

I am on a month to month lease in Maryland for a single family house, I have given my landlord a 30 day notice letter on the 28th of Oct saying that I will be moving out on the 28th of nov, which means I will be moving out early leaving two days, can I by law Prorate my rent for those remanding days in the state of maryland, the reason I am moving is because the house has unliveable condtions, can anyone anwser this?

No.  Generally rent is only prorated on move in for partial month occupancy.  Once the lease commences you pay for the entire month even if you vacate early.
