My father passed away 10 years ago when I was a minor child. After he passed, an ex girlfriend appeared claiming they were married. They were, but my father never told anyone and never got divorced from her. He passed without a will (there were 2 wills submitted but were both thrown out). His assests totaled to almost a million dollars, but due to poor representation, my 2 sisters and I each got about $14,000 a piece. We recently discovered my father had stocks that are worth about $100,000. Would I be able to sue my father's "wife" for her portion of the stocks, since she receieved more than her part of the estate originally? The estate was supposed to be 50% to his wife and 50% to my 2 sisters and I. She was the executor of the estate, and sabotaged the estate simply because she didn't want my sisters and I to get anything.
