This must be very difficult for you. Unfortunately in the eyes of the law, if you sign the birth certificate you ARE the legal father. Even if you do not sign the birth certificate, the law automatically assumes that the woman's current husband is the father of the child when the child is born.
As far as proving her to be a liar that sounds like that will be very difficult to prove. There is a HIPPA law that prohibites hospitals from giving out any of her medical information. (unless summoned by a court and even at that time her therapist has a right to decline depending on the situation and confidentiality issues)
I know it is expensive but If you have that much of a problem with this I would consider hiring another attorney. Or you can use that money toward the current child support.
Does the child know you as his father? Do you think this will have an affect on him?
