To make a long story short, I purchased the vehicle on July 26, 2012. They gave me a "We Owe" which states they will repair any problems within 30 days. The following Tuesday I dropped the truck off to them. While they had the truck, they called and said that they thought the "check engine" light was a simple fix but instead it is a larger job that could cost them $3000. They asked me to purchase a warranty for $1300 but I refused because they gave me a "we owe" and said they would take care of the check engine light. They ended up purchasing a warranty for me and told me that I will need to return the vehicle to them in 60 days so they can make the repairs so it wouldnt be a red flag in the system for the warranty company. The finance person signed my name on the warranty contract and back dated it to the day I purchased the vehicle. I have a witness that heard him tell me that he signed my name on the contract when he gave me a copy of it. They had the truck for 3 weeks and called to tell me it was done. When I went to pick up the vehicle I immediately noticed somethings was not fixed and the crome grill that I was soo much attracte to was gone. They said to just bring it back when they do the warranty work. However some of the repairs needed to be fixed immediately so I left the vehicle with them again and they currently have it in their posession. There's so much to this, this is a short version. Im in VA. Please help, cant afford to repair a vehicle for $6000 that I purchased over a month ago and only driven it for 7days, I have a one year old twins, a safe vehicle is my priority.
