    US citizen looking to marry foreign national fiancee

    I am an American citizen and physician (born in the US) and now am residing in the country. My fiancee (we've been together for almost 6 years) is from Argentina and is now here in the country on a tourist visa. We would like to get married and petition her green card, however I'm concerned that since she entered on a tourist visa, if there will be a problem when she applies for a green card. Please, any help on the matter would be appreciated

    Best way to get it right is consult an immigration attorney.
