I think you may have a case.
I think the thing I would focus on is the shaking of the home and not the noise/nuisance of the train. Is this a SFR or a manufactured home?
It all really depends on your state's disclosure laws and its definition of material. To me a shaking home is a material fact.
I would speak with an attorney and bring all your paperwork. They can advise you of your options.
You agent may or may not be bound by the code of ethics. If they are a REALTOR and not just an agent then they are bound by the code. If they did 'lie' then I would file a complaint. Also check to see if your state has a real estate recovery fund.
