You don't need to hire an atty. You can have the CSE agency represent you in court. They will assign you an atty from within their agency for free. You can also file a motion for contempt and enforcement on your own or ask the court for a garnishment order. I think there is also a way you can manage to file a lien on any property or assets he has.
My ex is in arrears over $35,000. CSE is garnishing his wages because he's hidden all of his assets in other family members names. He also job hops and works under the table so sometimes I have to go weeks and months w/no payments. I think men like him should be drawn, quartered and boiled in oil. By the time I get all of the money he owes me I'll start collecting Social Security.
