Contingent or ProBono Attorney in Colorado

I need an attorney to represent me against the builder and the construction lender on a project I am involved in in Colorado. The lender did several things wrong on this project and the builder who has a current relationship with the bank on his own projects has mis apprpriated the money for the construction loan and now they are trying to foreclose with 30K of our cash in their bank and 100,000 in the project all together. I have been told it would cost 40k just to sue the bank and we have no money left that isn't in the project. I want to stop the foreclosure proceeding. Maybe arbitrate the builder and sue the bank. Our life savings is in this project and they have done us wrong. I am willing to do as much of the foot work in the suit as I can. I have experience working with paralegals and attorneys on big litigation cases for about 7 years.

Lawyers don't search this board for clients...use the search feature to the right.  You'll have a hard time finding one to work for free or on contingency for this type of case.  Good Luck
