    WORKER'S COMP - NC RE: MRSA & BURSA REMOVAL

    What's the impairment rating for this?  Here's my story:

    I hit my knee at work which resulted in MRSA.  My doctor did surgery to remove the infection (they took out my bursa sac).  I will never have any feeling in that knee b/c the doc had to cut through the nerves and I will never have any protection on that knee so it hurts when I kneel (which my job requires that I do a LOT).    My doctor released me and said there’s no impairment rating for this issue – is that correct?
