Did you have an inspection of the property done before you bought it? Surely a competent home inspector would not have been fooled by air freshener.
If the carpeting, padding and flooring has to be replaced due to being ruined the first thing you need is an estimate from at least two vendors stating that and the cost to do it in writing. Your word that it is uninhabitable due to cat urine won't be enough for the court.
Have you contacted the seller about the issue? If given the chance to cure the problem prior to going to court they may do so. If not then you are going to have to sue them. In which case you sue for the cost of the repairs to make the place habitable, your living expenses until you can move in, and attorney fees. When faced with that potential bill the cost of fixing the floors may seem more appealing. Call the seller.
