    Class Action

I'm a member of a class action lawsuit. The Judge dismissed my case for statute of limitations due to a vague statement I recieved. The class reps decided to include me and some others that were dismissed at a much lower settlement. I disagree with the Judges decision to dismiss, and I disagree with the lower settlement offer. I am told that I cannot appeal to the Judges decision, that I cannnot appeal the the class reps. and my only choice is to go along or contest settlement that may dismantle class. This seems unfortunate to be my only choices. Is this true? Or do I have any other choices? What are the possible outcomes of these 2 choices?

Desperate to make the right decision without compromising my integrity or throwing away any or all restitution due.
