    Violation of Support Order

    I rec'd a violation of support order.  I was waiting until January to file a petition to modify my c/s order b/c I lost my job in Jan and court denied my request earlier this year for a reduction.

    Can I file a petition for modification now w/ the viloation in process?  Or do I have to wait?

    Also, I cannot afford an attorney.  Do I let the court system know that now or at the first appearance?
