    Condominium Association

    Can the members of the board of the Condominium Association vote to prohibit unit owners to vote, speak at the borad meeting, and attend the board meeting because he or she is past due more than 90 days on regular assessment? The Condominium Association is governed by Florida Statues.

    Absent reading  FL laws, my guess is anything that HOA votes into being consistent with its own bylaws process  be that a simple majority, super majority or whatever is the rules until/unless some court says otherwise.

    I think it not unreasonable that an organization restrict its voting to members in good standing...
