    Physician's Statement

    In section B on the back of the physician's statement it asks the physician to complete the statement within 2 weeks. Do they mean 2 weeks of fileing for OPM and then you send the physician's statement later?

    I have not filed anything yet for OPM but I did file for SSDI.

    Would it be best to send all OPM forms with the physician's statement all at once?

    Also, if hiring anniversary date is coming up within a few months, would it be better to file OPM after that date?
