deprived of critical PTSD medications while in county jail

I recently spent 4 nights in a county jail on a reckless driving charge. I have severe combat related PTSD and had just suffered a relapse having returned just a week before from a violent active war zone. I was informed upon my arrival in detention that I would receive NONE of my necessary medications. Later the nurses suggested they would confirm the prescriptions were valid and then I could have them (we're talking prozac and anti-anxiety meds, not narcotics or anything.) The pharmacy I use is directly across the street and still open yet nothing was ever done and I did not receive my medication. A nurse not qualified to prescribe gave me a single prozac pill 2 days later at half my normal dosage and then masively overdosed me the next day with 80mg. Fortunately I caught this before it happened again. None of the nurses could explain why I could not have critical medications and I was never allowed to see a doctor. A psychiatric nurse was supposed to speak with me but decided to go home early wthout informing me. When I went to "check out," a bottle of medication was missing from my bag. The SGT said I was lying and that it had never been brought in. She said that medical staff take control of all medication brought in and that it is in no way inventoried or counted so I could not prove I had the pills. She told the deputy to take a quick look and then to "throw me out" -a physical threat-if they couldn't find them. They magically appeared a few minutes later. They had been up with the medical staff on the floor where I stayed because the nurses had been giving them to me. The SGT said I was definitely lying because they NEVER give meds brought in my inmates. When the bottle was returned I noted to her that either they did, or they stole pills, because several were missing.

What I want to know is if I have a civil case based on the right to adequate medical treatment while incacerated which caused a significant setback in my condition. I wasn't even allowed to call my lawyer for three days to alert her to the situation. I don't care about money, I care about making sure this never happens to anyone again. From what I heard from police, other inmates, and accounts of inmate deaths in the news, it is not uncommon. Is it possible that this behavior is in any way legal? (And I have already contacted the ACLU and am waiting to hear back)

children in an hostile,racist enviroment @ school

I currently have 3 children enrolled in the Winona School District. While enrolled there they have been subject to discrimination, falsifying information, and an hostile enviroment.
The Winona School Dist. employees aren't held to the basic standards of courtesy, integrity, professionalism. I'm wanting to know why these employees can run rampantly retaliating against my children to get even w/me, I mean isn't there such a thing as Parents Rights while dealing w/ the district?
When did I as a Parent,them as students lose any and ALL rights to be treated with Respect, fairness, and professionalism?
I find these basic principals are null and void within the Winona School Dist. Am I not to expect,even DEMAND that the staff set better examples for our CHILDREN?
Even more importantly, Do I not have the right to be free to actively participate in my childrens educational process w/out PREJUDICE towards my children/myself?
I feel as if I've been deemed a troublemaker who has no problem vocalizing my opinions and input once too many times in the eyes of some staff members @ WHS so much as to the point my children are being harrassed, are in an hostile/discriminating enviroment.
How can I possibly continue to attemt to be an Active/participating Parent in my Childrens Academic career when such an hostile,racist enviroment is being perpetuated by PAID staff of the W.S.D.
By receiving "FREE EDUCATION" Can I not Demand Grown Up behavior that is VOID of racist actions, revenge, manipulation, and bullying? WHAT CAN BE DONE ABOUT THIS? PLZ HELP ME. MY KIDS AND OTHERS KIDS FUTURE, and DIGNITY IS AT RISK!! We currently reside in Ms.

Patient rights-what can a doctor keep in your files

I live in Maryland and 7 years ago I gave my primary care physician a document of my vaccinations that my mother documented from my birth in NY to now, 31 years ago. The doctor did not ask for it but I was moving and did not want to loose this document. Last year my doctor retired and another doctor that I have never gone to acquired all my documentations-he said he paid for them. When my doctor retired I went to another doctor and recently went to the doctor who paid for my information to have my information sent to my current doctor. When I asked for the original docmentation of my NY document with a promise that the doctor who paid for the infromation that he could keep a copy he refused to give it to me. Help me please I don't know what to do this doctor is claiming that he has a right to it for 7 years...the problem is is that he could retire or loose his practice and sell it to another doctor and then I'll have to wait another 7 years. I want the document because my mother wrote it out and I would like to keep it to show my future children...I'm serious can a doctor keep a family document when he never took care of me and has never seen me.

Police refused to respond to 911 call, do I have a case?

Please give me a straight answer, if possible, I am a mess over this. I have cancer and this situation is stressing me to max. I am separated from my husband of 26 years, abusive marriage, I "ran away" to another state, I filed for and received a Restraining Order (PFA) for one year. One month prior to the order being granted, I went to MY home where he was residing to retrieve some clothing and medication. My husband threatened to kill me and my friend who accompanied me to the door. We retreated and called 911, which went to the local barracks of the State Police. On the phone call, they refused to come out saying that he (my husband) did nothing wrong, so we should just leave, go back to the other state and hope that I can get my things through a divorce settlement in the future. They were rude and told my friend on the phone that they did not like his attitude when he said, "do I need to be in a pool of blood before you will come out here?" The officer threatened to end the phone call at that point when my friend apologized. The officer was told that my husband had a rifle that he had pointed at me many times in the past, NO he not show it to us at the door, but we knew he was still in posession of the weapon as ther Sheriff's department had not yet confiscated it from him since (they said) the Restraining Order was not permanent. I was never given the option of having my husband arrested or detained or instructed to allow me into MY home for a few minutes to get my things by the 911 officer or subsequently his supervisor. I filed a complaint with the internal affairs division of the state police. After 3 months of their investigation, they sent me a letter that the officers did nothing wrong because it is not within their duties to settle domestic property agreements!? I did not call 911 to come out to settle a domestic property agreement, I called 911 because my life was threatend and my friend's life was threatened. I was refused entry to MY home, which has MY name on it and my drivers license shows that I live there!! please advise what my next step should be. I have copies of all paperwork and have notified senators, the governor and other public officials. Thank you.

I am a neighborhood bar owner,and one night 4 guys got into a scuffle in the parking lot, and one guy was hit in the head with a beer bottle. When I tried to break up the scuffle ,one the guys said he was getting his gun and ran towards the car ,before he got to his car I tackled him,we tussled a minute then he took off running,and the other guy jumped in the car and pulled off. The guy who was hit with the bottle also left.The police were called by a woman who knew the guys that hit the other with the bottle.When the police arrived they treated me like I was a suspect. they told the woman to get in touch with the guys and have them take a warrant out on me for assault and they would personally lock me up. My wife and I tried to explain what happen and could we get some info so the guy who was hit by the bottle could press charges. The officer replied that "she didn't want to hear it and she was leaving and she left the scene. To make a long story short about 15 minutes later when i was taking the trash out the guys came back and shot 5 or 6 rounds at me. I wasn't shot but ,I substained injuries and had to have surgery.The same officers came back to the scene and tried to be concerned. I wasn't contacted by a detective until almost a month later, and had to close my business because of fear that these guys could come back,because the police weren't given me any reassurance that they were looking for them. Do I have a case?

Were my disabled child's rights were violated by preschool?

My son has ADHD and PDD-NOS (on the Autism spectrum) nd is classified as "disabled" by the department of Health.

Last year, he attended a preschool and they forced him to leave preschool until he could be assigned a SEIT therapist to attend with him, because they were worried that he would run out of the classroom and didn't want to take legal responsibility for him. We eventually had a SEIT assigned by Early Intervention and he was allowed to attend school for only 2hrs a day instead of 2.5hrs, since the SEIT was only assigned for 2 hrs a day. He missed about 30% of the total school year. When it came down to the final payment of $3500 (out of a total $11,800 tuition), we engaged in an email dispute with the board of the school over how much we owed, based on their enforced absences. They wanted to give us a 10% discount, when we asked for 20%. We eventually suggested 15% and they never got back to us--so the balance was never paid.

Cut to this year.

Our son who, at this point had been "officially diagnised by a pediatric psychiatrist) was accepted to return to school with the SEIT, this time for a 3hr day (the SEIT would be with him for the whole 3hrs). The tuition was $14,800 for the year. We paid the entire thing upfront. Our son had some behavioral problems due to a larger class size than promised. He began hitting/attempting to hit kids and the SEIT would restrain him. We had no idea that this problem was occuring, because we were never notified by the school. On one occassion, he tried to hug a girl in class and she fell. She didn't injur herself, but her parents were present and were extremely upset. They complained to the principal who decided that the best solution would be to put out a class restraining order against our son. He was forced to stay on the other side of the room from this child, and if she came over to where he was, he'd have to leave the play area. We had NO idea this was going on. I feel this is discriminatory.

We were called by his teacher and informed of the situation on a Tuesday, on Wednesday we received a call from the principal asking for our son not to return to class "just until the situation has been worked out". We had a meeting on Thursday with the principal, who informed us that our child would not be allowed back in school because he was a "safety hazard". I asked her if no other kids in the preschool had been hitting and she said it didn't matter because my son did it more. I asked her if I could see the incident reports and she changed the subject. We were told that since the school was expelling my son, they would pro-rate the tuition refund as outlined in the agreement we signed.

We sent the board an email telling them that the prorated amount based on days attended would be $11.650. They offered to write us a check for $9600, which they said would include the $2,000 deposit. We assumed that this was last year's debt (15% off) that bthey were referring to. They never mailed the check. When my husband went to the school to pick up the check, it was for $6100. They helped themselves to the pro-rated days PLUS a $2,000 "non-refundable" deposit we had given them towards the tuition (they require this from returning students to hold the spot) and then they subtracted the 10% discounted debt from last year. When my husband attempted to take the check, they refused to give it to him unless he signed a legal waver. He refused and left the check on the premises.

Upon looking at the contract further, the school was required to give us two week's notice and a meeting to discuss the bad behavior before ejecting my son. We received NO notice. He was asked not to attend school the day we had the meeting to discuss behavior and then told not to come back.

I feel like the school is trying to pull one over on us. They knew he had a disability, since they had him there last year. They took our money and then promptly ejected him for exhibiting symptoms of his disability. They gave us no notice and are now attempting to keep more money than they are owed. Their contract states they would pro-rate the refund. It doesn't say anything about keeping an additional deposit (which was applied towards the total tuition).

I know this seems like a long story, but were our rights violated? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Heath care worker in the wrong???

I need help this is my first time on here so I dont know if this is the way to go about this... I have medical insurance and I have been going to a Pain Clinic to get my medication figured out for pain from a past car accident. A nurse called to talk to me about my meds. and hung up the phone after leaving a message but her end of the phone did not disconnect so she continued to leave a message talking about me and saying this about myself and family that are rude and unbelievable. What are my rights in this situation??? Please let me know.

False Arrest Charges

Hello. I wanted to know something that has me puzzled and disturbed. I got into an verbal aurgument over the phone with my Sister and her adult children. I left voice mail messages, and got charged with harassing her and her family. They had a judge issue an order of protection for my Sister, and also for her Son and Daughter, both of whom are of legal adult age, and they are worded as Minors. Next my Sisters Son and Daughter called each others cell phones with their caller ID blocked, requested a femal officer to thier home, and told the officer it was me. The officer agreed and filed charges on me for violating the order of protection..How can that be? Shouldn't there be beyond a resonable doubt I did that? Hasn't my civil rights been violated? I went to court and my Sisters Son was there. He took pictures with his camera phone. He followed my frail 77 year old Mother out of the court and acted like he was going to push her down and hurt her. He sat outside a private room that I was in with my court appointed lawyer, and waited till he left, and listened into my private legal conversation with my mother. I asked him to leave, and he demanded I be arrested for violating an order of protection, I went back into the court with my lawyer, and he told the judge what was going on. And the judge asked him was he doing all the thing he was, and my Sisters Son said no. And the judge believed him, and said "Your lucky I don't have you arrested please leave"..Why was he lucky? Why wasn't he charged with obstruction, or why wasn't he charged with harassin me? Why was I charged/Finger printed/Mug shots. ??? Isn't that Malicious Prosacution? False arrest? I don't know where to go, as I'm disabled and do not have the funds to hire an attorney, nor know where I can get one to handle my case..P.S. I am in Mesa AZ. Thanks for your advise

Discriminated against because of race

I was attending a University and an instructor refused to give me an extention on a mid-term due to my book being en route to me. One week before the exam I told her my dilemma about not having enough money to buy the book and I would have to wait til the Friday before the exam to buy the book. I asked to borrow her book and she acted like I was going to steal the book from her. During the week I corresponded with her through e-mail and told her I ordered the book and to ask her for a 2 day extention on the mid-term exam. I was refused the extention. The instuctor proceded to tell me thorugh e-mail that I needed to drop the class and I was furious. I ordered the book with my own money from my paycheck and I expidited the book to one day shipping. Lo and behold I didn't receive the book until the day of the exam, however I wasn't home to get the book because I worked and then went to class. I made an appointment with the Dean and she acted like I was a ciminal to ask for such a thing as an extention on the mid-term. Her attitude was horriffic!! I went to class anyway and turned the homework due and I proceded to tell the instructor I wasn't about to drop the class or talk to the other Dean. My peers were in class and were defending me. I walked out of class furious that I didn't get help at this University or even considerable thought. I was humiliated and furious. This is the kicker, I saw one of my peers after work and she proceded to tell me that a white student got a 2 day extention on the mid-term, same time I was asking for. I am Hispanic. Is that discrimination or what? I want to sue the school for punitive damages and emotional distress.

I was in school and was kicked out for, I believe, asking the instructor if she had ever taught a class before? Isn't it your right to ask questions about whom is teaching you? I mean we are the ones that are responsible for the bill, right? I was kicked out after turning in a paper and didn't put the quotation marks but the title was on the paper and I didn't put who it was by. But I mean this was a phlebotomy class not english or socialogy. So after all of the problems with the instructor I was kicked out for plagiarism, but that was the only thing they could get me on. The instructor gave the paper back to one student and told her she did it wrong and to do it over. Why wasn't I given that same oppurtunity? RIGHT? Could someone tell me what I need to do? I needed a paper to be written from the instructor so that I could send it to my tribe for reimbursement for my tuition and books. She refused to do that for me, she used the excuse of not knowing where to get a template. Was that right for her to do?

Officers lied on the stand

A search warrant stating that my older son (his name only) was in possession of illegal substances and was selling those was served on our home. I was, at that time, a senior at NCCU in psychology and criminal justice with a GPA of 3.78 and in one year would be attending law school. My husband was in the Army National Guard and working in construction. My older son had only been at our home for three days but the warrant stated law enforcement had been watching our home for 3 months. One of the officers kneed my husband between the legs while he was standing with his arms held up and an officer holding each wrist. I found this officer and others in his unit have been sued in civil court for brutality and others civil rights violations. My husband, following the strike to his groin, swung and hit the officer in the nose. Another officer grabbed this officer, who was struggling to try to strike my husband and the officers holding my husband's arms pulled him backwards. As soon as the officer was under control, my husband laid down on the floor willingly and let them handcuff him. After he was handcuffed, the officer he struck came back in and sprayed mace in his face. (One of the other cases this officer was named in stated that a suspect he chased down, handcuffed and then sprayed 1/2 a can of mace directly into his mouth, died in jail and the jail, county and officer were sued, but it settled out of court). My older son, my husband and I were all arrested. Neither my husband nor I had ever been arrested, charged, etc. before this situation. Both my husband and I were assigned the same court appointed attorney and would not give either of us a different one. During my husband's trial, four officers gave different accounts of what happened during the search and it was never brought out in trial that my son had plead gulity to having the drugs, which he had hidden from me, told the court that they were all his and that my husband and I knew nothing about them. He was found guilty and I was scared to have a trial because if they lied and I was found guilty, I would lose my job so I was allowed to plead no contest. My husband is convinced that if we get the court transcript that we can show the officers' accounts were all different and they lied and that an attorney should help us. Can anyone help us?

Invasion of Privacy

I own a home based business, on an acerage in Alberta Canada. I applied for a new business licence through the county I live in. The county approved my licence for another two years. My two nabours appealed the county's decission. When we went to the appeal hearing to hear why my nabours appealed it they revealed to the county personel that they have video tape with both audio and video of us in our yard. They showed us doing things throughout the day, zooming in on me, my equipment and my employee. They just showed small clips of us at this public appeal. They said at the time that they have lots more video of us. Can they do this without my permission? Is this invasion of privacy? What can I do to make this stop? I can't even go outside in my yard and not feel they are watching and video taping me and my kids. They also have still pictures of my yard and what was in it.

Any advice would be a big help.

I recently took a trip to Costco to purchase groceries, after getting a soda and hot dog i approached the exit and realized that my receipt was in my Wallet, rather than waiting in line to show someone that I had in fact purchased the things that I had purchased I just walked out with my rightfully purchased items. The store clerk Yelled at me and ran at me and said I had to give him my receipt. I said I am okay and proceeded on. He then grabbed my cart and jerked it back towards the entrance in a very abrasive and embarrassing manner. I finally caved out of embarrassment and pulled my receipt out and handed it to him. He forcefully removed the receipt from my hand and when I went to grab it back he held on to it while I was retrieving it ripping it in two.

I spoke with a manager and gave him my information and told him I was appalled by the policies that govern there employees to go outside and force people back inside who have rightfully paid for their items.

What kind of rights do I have here? I understand there policy of getting receipts at the store but I don’t understand humiliating me in the middle of a crowded parking lot over items that I owned.

CANNOT find attorney, Whay should I do?

I've contacted literally dozens of attornies, but none want to take my Section 1983 case?

The Constitutional violation is evident--they had my drivers license at the time they asked for consent and the circumstances would not lead anyone to believe that I was free to go, yet there wasn't any indication I was acting illegally, only the cops suspicion.

How should I find a attorney willing to take the case?

Valet Parking

I went to the hospital to pre-register, when I got there I did the Valet parking. I went in for the pre-registration which took about an hour, I came out to retrieve my car and it took them about 15mins, the supervisor asked me what kind of car i drove and I told what kind it was...he then told me to follow him to the back parking lot, i got there and my front end of my car was total, and so was the other car of the other patient. The problem is the other patient insurance company has been to court to collect finances from me, which I don't understand why, when it was the valet driver who cause the damage to both of our cars, now my drivers license is suspended until i pay the judgement of which the insurance company is trying to collect...to this point on I don't what steps to take to resolve this matter and get my life back on track, can anyone help?

Job question

Can someone tell me if this is right?

They terminated a person at work. My boss ask me pryor to that, if I saw the person at his post and say yes. He ask me what was he doing on post and I reply, I saw him playing with a gadget I don't know what it was. I ask my boss to please keep my name off from any report. The same day that person was fired.

The next day the person call me on the phone and told me that he was terminated and that my name was on the report . He told me that I said on the report that I saw him talking on a cell phone. Not I didn't say that to my boss. he wanted to fired the guy and he lye about me in order to fired him. I saw a copy of the report and its true that my boss use my name.

I am wondering with the economy problems today, thanks God was this guy who I know for years and not someone else, who could be mad at me, and who knows what he could do to me, and was not aware of it since I told my boss to keep out of this.

Do you think my boss violated my civil rights?

By the way this guy was with a bad behavior at work and do understand that should go. But I didn't authorize no one to use my name for that.

Permanant Sccarring left on forehead from prison surgeon etc

On July 6th 2008 i was admitted to cmc west state prison where i got a rash on my head that did not go away. I constantly put in medical requests after six months i was finally given several different creams which did not work. I put in a next level complaint about seeing a dermatologist or a doctor who could properly diagnose the problem instead they offered to do a biopsy scrape where they would peel off a layer of skin and send it to the lab.So the the procedure gets done but when i go back they said they do not have the results and that they wanted to do a punch hole biopsy in which they would cut a hole in my head which i agreed to do.Instead of 1 hole there were 3 holes cut and they were not even stitched up.On top of the biopsy not healing correctly at all i am a diabetic and also have high blood pressure which means i dont heal as fast as normal people do.They should have stitched up the wound and biopsies are for tumors not rashes.Also they changed my medication for my diabetes and told me not to take it and even took it away for a period of time that may have caused me some irrapparable injury and also emotional and phycological injury.I dont wanna even think if i may have any organ damage cause of this not to mention having to look at this scar on my face every day.I am out of los angeles i am looking for a lawyer to help me pursue this i am exhuasting the issue with 602 forms and have already filed my claims form and have not got it back. Any advice or lawyer refferall or any bodies 2 cents is much appreciated please help me figure this out looking for someone who will do this on contigency or small retainer thanks alot guys

Problems with an online merchant directory

In early July of this year , while at work, we received a phone call alerting us to some obscene pictures posted under our business listing on a web based merchant directory. As childish as it appears, an ex had purchased the business listing of the company I work for and uploaded some private (obscene) pictures of me he had taken. He also created a "neighbor account" posted more pictures there and also in a gallery where all merchants in the same town could post pictures advertising their company's services. The business listing has a minimum 6 month subscription. To make a long story short I made attempts to report the issue and the violations of their terms of service to the website but was completely ignored. I ended up contacting the Chamber of Commerce where the company was located and they immediately had the images removed. This was about a month later. But to this day an image search can be done for the company I work for and these images are the first results. I contacted Microsoft and they explained it was the website that controlled what was published or made available to the public. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the company had the audacity to blame Bing for publishing the images. This wesite has been totally uncooperative and almost defiant regarding this issue. After doing some research I learned that this company, Merchantcircle, has a very bad reputation already with lawsuits in progress. I'm from California and did some research with the penal codes and it seems like this company can't be held responsible. I don't have the money to hire a lawyer and pursue the matter legally. I even turned this information into the police dept. where the ex lives and where the company is based and haven't had any response. I realize this type of problem is not uncommon but I know there are laws broken but how is anyone to be held accountable?

mistreatment in a county jail

while staying in a county jail was severed rotten milk rotten fruit when this was brought up we/i were laughed at told then we shouldnt come to jail the head jailer said ya i know we had the same problem last summer with the milks. this is a pay to stay jail they say its to cover our food and clothing ect. the clothing were wore out i was givin riped pants most often it would get cold at nights i asked for a long sleeve short was refused cause they didnt have any that fit my size.

what i would like to know is if i have a case i would assume that i do and then i would need to know a hard nosed attorny one that dont back down that goes for the throat

MY BOYFRIEND WAS ATTACKED AT A PARTY WHERE THERE WERE OVER 200 PEOPLE AND 2 MONTHS LATER HE WAS ARRESTED FOR THIS BECAUSE THE PERSON WHO ATTACKED HIM WAS STABBED HE WENT TO JAIL WAS THERE FOR A MONTH HE WAS TREATED VERY BAD WHILE THERE OUR HOUSE WAS TURNED UPSIDE DOWN FOR ABOUT 8 HOURS ALOT OF THINGS WERE TAKEN MOSTLY BECAUSE HE RODE WITH A MOTORCYCLE CLUB BUT MY PARENTS ASHES WERE TAKEN AND THE END RESULT ALMOST A YEAR LATER IS ALMOST EVERYTHING WAS RETURNED BECAUSE HE WAS FOUND NOT GUILTY BUT MY PARENTS ASHES WERE NOT RETURNED AND NOW THE INVESTIGATORS THAT WERE INVOLVED SAY THEY NEVERHAD THEM I CANT LET THIS GO AND I CANT FIND ANYONE TO HELP ME DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT I COULD DO PLEASE HELP ME

Is this an offense against my civil rights?

I wanted to run for the local fire board, but my employer threatened to fire me if I did. We were currently doing work for the local school district, and word got out that I wanted to file to run for the fire board. Someone on the school board wanted to run for the fire board and did not want me to run. This person called my employer and told him to tell me not to run or he would make sure our firm didn't do work for the district.

I subsequently did not run for fear of losing my job.

Did my employer do something illegal?

My son passed away in a Texas Prison under suspicious circumstances. My question is should i seek the advice of a civil rights attorney or is this a possible wrongful death lawsuit? Thank you in advance for any advice.

Expectation of Privacy in My Home

What expectation of privacy do I have while in my home? I have a serious problem with the lady that lives directly across the street from me. Will try to make this short but it is hard to do.

She was taking multiple perscription drugs and drinking at the same time. She found out her ex-husband had a girl friend. She broke into his house - broke a window and crawled through. She trashed his bedroom. She then went to his place of work (he works for the State) and waited for him in the workplace parking lot. She got into his truck and assaulted him. In the process she got a small bruise.

She was coming over constantly and told me all of this. She called his bosses and told them he assaulted her in their parking lot. She told me she wanted to sue the State. She went to her physician and showed him her bruise - said he assaulted her. She went to the police department and filed a complaint but refused to give his name. She got a copy of the report. Her ex passed her on the highway after that and waved at her. She told all of the neighbors that he was stalking her. They believed her.

Her son has an old car that he loves. The car was parked in their driveway. They did not have the emergency brake on. It rolled into my house and landed between my front door and my infant grandson's room. I called the police. &nb... had to pay a $400 deductible to fix the damage. I distanced myself from her.

This has really escalated. She is paranoid when I am in my kitchen because two big windows face her house. I also have a big window in baby's room that faces her house. I have a screen door in my living room that I often use to capture the cool weather that faces her house. My windows also all face her garage where she parks all of the cars She was working a few blocks away at an elementary school as a cross guard and walked to work. She got paranoid if drove my car by the school. She got paranoid if I saw her walking to work from my house.

She has brought the man into this that lives next door to me. She told him I was stalking her. She told all the neighbors I was stalking her. He bought it. She took a picture of me in the baby's room though my window. She did the same thing when I was in my living room. I guess she thought it would be evidence of stalking or harassment.

The guy next door has money. Someone hired PI's. They gas lighted me twice. On two different Saturday's they had several cars "U" turning in front of my screen door. This went on for hours.

I have talked to the police after one of the gas lighting incidents. I was really upset. I do not think they believed me because I was so rattled. The last "gas lighting" incident happened last Saturday. I took a few pictures and 6 minutes of video of this happening for proof.

I know all of this sounds ridiculous but it is true. It is a nightmare. This is my home. I have windows in my home. I feel like I can't live in my own house. What are my rights? What options do I have?
