This particular product is for legs and body. I used the product as instructed on their bottle, I tested a small area on my legs. I waited for 3 mintues and I saw that nothing irritated my skin, the hair that was in the area I tested was coming off. I got excited now, that I can use this product and have no reaction. I used the product on both of my legs, I waited 3 minutes and then took a damp warm wash cloth and removed the cream and hair off both of my legs. It worked great, I was so happy! Then I decided to use it on my bikini line and underarms, after washing off my legs. The product says on the back, for legs, underarms, bikinni area, NOT FOR USE ON FACE. Well if it worked great on my legs, now I can use it, under my arms and bikini area. Yea right!!!! The creame ate up under my arms and my on one side of my bikini area. I didn'teven leave it on for 3 minutes! As soon as I put it on, it started to tingle a little, after a few seconds more, it started to burn. The burning sensation was uncomfortable, so I decided to take it off. As I raised my arm, it was red and burned, both underarms!!! My bikini area same thing! It hurts so much now, I can't even put down my arms without it burning more. I am walking around with both arms out, because it hurts a lot, when I put them down. My left underarm is burned pretty bad! I took pictures immediately. I am asking what can I do about this? Have anyone else experience burns from this product? Advice on this matter from a lawyer, would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance! I live in Atlanta Georgia.

Adverse drug effect in dog - documented in a vet hospital.

My otherwise healthy young dog (3.5 years old) developed bleeding stomach ulcers upon receiving Metacam after a successful torn ligament surgery and had to be re-hospitalized. I purchased the home July 3d 2008, and had the patio built around July 12th, 2008. From the time it was built, till now I had many many cracks, discolorations, and bubbling. It is only a little over one month old, so I contacted the builder. He threated to smash the patio if i was not satisfied with his work. I also found out that he is on Parole, has 3 DUI's hit someone each time, and the third time had ran. I had a handful of other concrete companies assess the patio, and it was confirmed i have Plastic Shrinkage Cracking. (he didnt add enough water, and let it dry out to fast before it was poured). I am noticing the cracks more due to the cold weather, and it WILL get worse after winter.
I would like a full refund, and have another company rebuild it in the spring. He is creepy, and scary.
Any advice is helpful. I filed a complaint with the BBB but havent heard anything.

advise

I purchase a sofabed from a furniture store in the bronx NY more than a week ago. He started eating them the next day and about halfway through the can he bit down on something really hard and crunched part of it in his mouth. He spit it out and discovered it was a tooth! Not his tooth either! It is a tooth that appears to be that of a rodent! Long story short, we notified the company and their claims dept came out to the house and took pictures of it and the can etc... they also wanted to take the evidence with them. I said NO and we are currently shipping it to a lab recomended by the agriculture dept of Florida. My question is what to do next with the results that the lab comes up with? The company offered a measly $100 and wanted to hurry and close the case but I told them that we are awaiting results from the lab and NOT to close the case. Any suggestions? I was mixing thin set mortar in our kitchen to lay some ceramic tiles with a drill and mixer to mix the mortar. The drill started to feel warm so I layed the drill down and went into my garage to cut some tile pieces. Well the drill caught fire and melted onto a rug and burnted down most of our house and belongings. This was proven by a forensic investigator. Our loss was over 160000 dollars between personal belongings and structure. Our insurance only reimbursed us about 60% of the loss. My friend is concerned that the case could be lost because of this mistake.

Is this a big problem?

What do we need to do?

Can we still correct the dates?

Can he lose his case because of the wrong incident dates?

QUESTION ABOUT ANIMALS

Hi i am writing to see if i can get any advise about my dogs? today i bought this flea med. that you are soposed to put on the back of there neck, well i made sure it was the right weight for my puppies and everything. We selected a white thermo foil cabinet (coated in PVC) because the brochure stated it was easy to clean and would not peel. They were not cheap. Recently we noticed peeling on the edges of the drawers & doors that are next to the oven. The manufacturer of the cabinets has offered to replace the damaged fronts. They have stated that someone at the home store should have mentioned that these cabinets have a temperature limit of 174 degrees Fahrenheidt. This was never mentioned to us. Plus, I find this ridiculous since these are kitchen cabinets and ovens begin heating at 350 F. I do not want to just replace the damaged cabinet fronts with the same product and have to go through this in another 4 years. If we knew the possibility was there for these cabinets to peel, we would not have purchased them. I feel that these cabinets have actually de-valued our house because of their limitations and problems. We want to have the manufacturer & home store remove these white cabinets and replace with a comparable priced wood cabinet at no charge to us. I am not sure how this would affect the countertop we had installed, but that may need to be replaced also. I would like to have that done at no charge also.

Do I have enough of a case to proceed with legal proceedings if my request is denied?
Depositions

We, along with two other companies have a product claim against us. At the time, we did not have product insurance, so we have been paying for the lawyers ourselves.

A product we developed 30 years ago, a cleaning solvent we have manufactured by a very large chemical company. They make the product, put it in sealed containers and store it. If someone buys it from us, we call them they ship it to us we ship it to the customer. In 30 years nothing has gone wrong. Until now, someone is claiming the sealed barrel arrived, they broke the seal (according to the law suit) and the next day used the product. It smelled "funny" to them and made them sick. They shipped the product back to us, we shipped it back to the chemical co they ran test everything was the same as always. The claimant states that they kept a sample and its different, they claim there was something extra. they compared it to a sample from an old barrel and the replacement barrel, they claim that all three are the same except that one has this extra item. (sorry for all this info, but i thought it would help)

We were told that the claimant was willing to release us and the salesperson. But the chemical company is keeping us in.

We were also told that the chemical company wants to conduct depositions in three different States.

Here's the question, can the chemical company force us to continue with this if the claimant dropped us. If we offer the claimant a settlement because the attorneys fees are killing us, can the chemical company sue us for settling. Lastly, the depositions, this is strange they want to question four people, no one has a problem answering the questions but only one person was involved in the shipment of the barrel, and its return. The other three only know heresay information mostly from the claimant's lawyer.

Our lawyer wants to 3x our retainer. But when I asked him these questions he didn't answer me, just said they he wanted to present. I thought that heresay couldn't be used. I'm not feeling my lawyer, and the chemical company's lawyer is billing an insurance co, so the hours are stacking up and nothing is getting resolved.
