    bankruptcy and disability

    if i file for bankruptcy can disability pull my ssdi monthly payments? im deep in debt. not credit card or morgage just medical bills and broken leases but its deep. i need to do something but i need my monthly income. can someone please help me?

    Bankruptcy, in and of itself, does not impact your entitlement to SS disability payments or any other SS benefit.
