    Copy Right Q

I would to make a DVD for my Campaign. Does one need permission to use news sources? Or say Courtesy of NBS or Whom ever?

Gonna take a lot more detail to answer that question because it depends on what you are going to use and why you are going to use it.

A good rule of thumb is: If you have to ask whether you have to have consent, get consent.

I assume the word "like" is missing from the above sentence.  What campaign?

To use a source?  Not really sure what that means.  "[U]se news sources" how?  And for what?  Did you mean to say that you would like to use audio and or video from a news report for some purpose?  If so, what is the purpose?

This is pretty well unintelligible (and, by the way, randomly capitalizing words in the middle of sentence is only going to make what you write more difficult to read).
