I'm sure that's true. However, if, as you apparently are proposing, one could obtain a judgment for slander simply by making an accusation and without being required to prove that accusation, I suspect a lot more "individuals will go around and say this guy slandered me when they really didn't."
You should not have to prove something when someone is intentionally covering it up.
So...let me get this straight. If I accuse of you slander and claim that you're intentionally covering it up, I should be able to get a judgment against you without having to prove anything? Seriously?
