WHo is not a tenant in PA in context of landlord-tenant law

IN the context of a large College which operates a broad variety of residential structures both on and off its PA ....which of the following are likely to be exempt from tenant due process protections one normally associates with L-T due process ...not a question about faculty housing .

    1. THe old fashioned dorm rooms for 1-2 people wo any bath or cooking facility in the unit.

    2.  Various forms of suites with 1-2   separate bedrooms for 1-2 people each and generall cooking and bath for each suite.

    3. VArious forms of obviously complete apartment units with 2 bedrooms, kitchens, baths , common living area
