Question [=?] Estate in the hands of a curator. Tampa Florida

    Tampa Florida

What does it mean when an residuary estate remains in the hands of a curator until all appeals have been exhausted? How long will it take to receive inheritance money?

Is this something that is happening to you?

I ask that because the phrase "residuary estate remains in the hands of a curator until all appeals have been exhausted" is the same phrase use in the following article:

Given the context, it means nobody gets the rest of the money until all the appeals are over which (under the circumstances related) could be several years.
