First Offender probation violation in GA

My son is on 5 yr probation under First Offender Act, he was sentenced to 5 years prob. it has been 2 1/2 years and now he is in SERIOUS trouble with a major violation. 4 felonies! 2 Burglaries, theft by rec and altered identity mark. His original charges he is on first offender for are cocaine poss and intent to dist. marijuana. The new charges are in a diff county. I know he is looking at major time probably. I've heard that on 1st off violation, he could do the original time of 5 years, and new time for the charges? Any idea what he might be looking at? and can these be ran cuncurrent?

    Yep. He's in BIG trouble.

Serving the original sentence and additional time for the new charges are definite possibilities.

Concurrent or consecutive? Hard to say at this stage. Could be part of a plea bargain.
