    Testifying against Husband/Wife

I'm located in Florida and have the following 4 part question...Can a Husband/Wife testify against each other? If they are divorced, Can they testify against each other? If they are divorced, can they testify pertaining to the time frame they were married? And last but not least...If the marriage is anulled, are there any restrictions at all against testifying against each other?

Depends. It can be complicated. Is this in regard to a crime? The law doesn't protect marital partner's privacy of communications if a crime is involved...which is usually the case.

    Best confer with local attorney.
