Children Kidnapped by Washington state CPS

This letter is from Mike and Carrie. We have 3 beautiful children, 2 boys   (8)  (6), and one girl (4).

Carrie has been a stay at home mom all their lives. We are both non-drinkers etc and love our children more than life itself as they do us as well.

We moved (back) to the pacific NW after living in the south from 2003-2007 and settled in the Boistfort valley east of chehalis Washington.

We are victims. Victims of a natural disaster (the flood of 12/2007) , victims of a stalking relative (Carrie's mother) victims of shameful landlords and hotel operators, and victims of a corrupt Washington dept of child services (the CPS) and an over-zealous  prosecutor!

Our children were kidnapped by the CPS on Oct 20th 2008 and we have had (especially Mike) very little contact with them since. We have not ever

(nor or we accused of ) inflicted any physical abuse on our children, but our court appointed attys who work only these kinds of cases , and work with the same judges and CPS attys every day, have gotten us no-where.

Meantime the CPS have turned into the child abusers

by putting our children in 3 different foster homes, denying our daughter proper medical care and her service animal, and dragging their feet on placing our children with their sisters and brother (my 3 squeaky clean grown children from my first 20 year marriage) even though they were available the very first day after this occurred and the CPS agreed to transfer them and then abruptly changed their mind. They are in communication with our stalker, they are trying to force us (by a court order we were tricked into) to do alot of unneeded "services" and meantime our family is breaking up a little more each day.

I have been accused of some kind of assault ( DV) against my wife, even though the DA  never even spoke to her, and I have never been violent with anyone in my life, incl my ex wife whom I was married to for 20 years. I have also been diagnosed and spent time in the hospital for congestive heart failure and this stressful situation has not made it any eiser to cope with.

There is a great deal more I could tell you but, the bottom line is that we are innocent victims of a corrupt system and we need some real legal advice/suggestons right away or they will succeed in breaking our family apart, piece by piece. Words cannot express how painful each and every day is without our kids and how our entire lives are on the edge of total ruin because of this. We can provide anyone a much more detailed account of the violations of our (and our children's) civil rights, legal rights, the right to raise a family and violations of the ADA.

We pray to God every day that someone will intervene on our behalf. This whoe situation is a civil suit in the making, but our ONLY concern in with our children and family unit as a whole. We just can't believe this could happen in the United States! These people have no controls on them at all!

Any advice or suggestions, similar stories and how you resolved them etc would be appreciated as we are really going crazy here and are just sick about this whole thing!

    Sincerely,

    Mike & Carrie

There is no way anyone on this board can offer much help, as we have no idea why the kids were take into custody, or what the state's claims are.  Your best chance is to deal with an attorney who knows the facts.  Good luck.

I hope my response follows the terms of service.

Please contact Washington State Senator Pam Roach who has been quite successful in exposing CPS, partcularly in your state.

Also, if you have not retained private counsel-please do so immediately.

CPS does not, generally speaking, follow the law.  BUT, it is up to you to point this out.

CPS is under no obligation to explain the law to you, the actual law which does provide safeguards to parents.

CPS is also not bound by the checks and balances and rules of evidence by which the police are bound.

    Good luck to you.
