    Help!

    I have a loan on a vehicle with an ex, he drove it and made the payments the whole time.  I just got it in my posession.  The payments have always been late.  There are no tags on the vehicle or insurance and it has been wrecked.  I am having it repossesed. I need to take him to court for the remaining balace that will be left owed. I need a lawyer and advise ASAP.   Thanks, Kristen

    Were you the co-signer or are you a co-debtor on the loan?  On what basis do you think he should be 100% responsible for all payments and money owed on the vehicle?
