I need to save my Child from abuse.

    Hello my name is Brian,

I have been trying to locate my daughter since 2000.  Me and her mother split and she was taken from me by making a false restraining order.  (Details are available upon request)  Well I have been searching for years and have finally got a solid lead as to where she is.  I have created a sum what small myspace and have been getting alot of hits in regards to people actually knowing her.  Well the reason is I live out of state and not in California anymore.  I did find my daughters myspace, but it has been hijacked by her mom.   Her friends have been cut off basically.  There are alot of events that have occurred recently.  My daughter has tried to commit suicide, taken pills, cutting herself.  This is verifiable, she was brought to the hospital and some counselling.  Also she has been physcially abused by her mother for dumb reasons.  Been sexually active at 14, she is now 15.  According to friends she has been trying to find me, but her mom takes it out on her everytime.  She has got into fights at school, and is basically tramtatized.  I do not have tons of money,  I do not know what I can do to save my child.  But I feel as the days go on she might end up, hurt really bad....or dead..

I need someone that can help me.  Please I dont need an attorney that wants to take tons of money from me since I aint rich.  I can pay a reduced fee,  or payments for life.  That is discussable since saving a child can be a heartful thing, not just based on money.

I hope someone can help before its too late.

If you know what city/state she lives in, try calling the local CSB on her mom. If you don't have their address, there might be a way they can look it up. Or you could even try looking it up in the phone book by going online to www.yellowpages.com and looking in her city under her last name.  If she has a cell phone, I know there is a national cell phone registry that has people's cell phone numbers on it, but I don't know the link to it or how to access it. Also, try calling your local legal aid department to see if they can help. I don't know about where u live but here (in Ohio) our legal aid department is very overwhelmed and cannot help everyone but yours might be able to help you if they aren't too overwhelmed. If not, try looking under Pro Bono attorneys in your local phone book.  Some lawyers around here let you pay every time they see you, for instance my mom's lawyer allows her to pay 100 dollars every time he sees her, so maybe you can find someone like that. Legal aid was not able to help me in my future custody battle so I will end up using her lawyer.  I hope for your daughter's sake you can find her and get her out of that situation.  Good luck.
