    How long is considerd normal for approvals on surgery from state ins ?

    There could be hundreds of factors that go into approving a claim for surgery.

    You may want to post some details or the best answer you might get is between 1 day and 100 years.

    You don't have to be specific for fear of the IC recognizing your post write down a knee, back, elbow or eye and we'll answer it.  Usually the IC wants an IME first too.

    Trust me the IC is not on your side!!
