Company's lawyers & HR want to talk

The heat has been put on me big time the past two weeks to where I want to quit. Am now thinking it may be by design of my head manager. Over the past 8 months, 6 fellow managers have all been fired or resigned due to management pressure. All 6 of these guys are Caucausion and have been replaced by minorities and/or women. The top boss here is female Hispanic and she is recruiting/interviewing only minorities or women. Lots of talk of some others coming from sister stations in S. America. 90+% of the people who work here think I have done wonderful things for the Company, but now I don't fit the new direction.

Not sure what to do. Is starting to look obvious to me what is going on here. Can transfer, but would take a $30K+ cut in pay.

The pattern may seem pretty obvious--but proving it in court is another matter.

You might be wise to engage bulldog for counsel NOW----the top female boss may not want a discrimination suit on her watch and she might be willing to barter say a 3 year no cut no reduction lateral move ---depends on your barter strength and how well you and counsel play poker.

If 6 white males were let go and replace by 6 something else's she may not want to test that pattern in court?

I would be looking for a local atty who specalises in these types of cases. The supreme court just ruled for some White firemen who were rightfully denied promotions because they passed a test and not enough minorities passed the same test.

The law might go the other direction once the future Supreme court nominee gets voted into the highest office in the land. I wish someone would ask her some real questions regarding the law and that she would actually answer them.
