    foreign Business man

    Hello Sir

    I am from KUWAIT & I have Business in USA { Aircraft Design Center }  I incorporate  it from the A1A Incorporation in NewYork  but my problem is I can not finding the person or company to manage my business in USA .

    Or on behalf of us or represent us in NewYork .  Regards  Mr Mohamed Buhamad

    Is your corporation just on paper in NY?

    Or do you have a physical location where you've set up the business?

    What is it that you want this person to manage?

    And what do you mean by cannot find the person?

    Have you put employment ads in the newspaper, on the internet, contacted an employment agency?

    my Corporation location  associated with the Office provides all the services needed by commercial offices  in NY. The issuance of commercial license of my corporation Aircrafts Design Center Inc is from A1A Corporation ,so All operations of Aircrafts Design Center Inc like sale Aircraft Design Publications and books DVD CD Software Carried out through our locality Office by courier mail & online sale .    &nbs... our problem : We can not expand our business will work within a very narrow Zone , for example , The conclusion of contracts with Aviation Factories, print agencies,patent agency Advertise agency ,Rep. Agency , collect money and deposit it in the bank , media agency , Open and closed accounts in various financial companies Renting a place in the library or a place to sell our products gallery. As are outside the USA we can not do this works , business . To speak for us and represent us in the exhibition and forums.    &nbs...  We need a legal entity to represent us in USA .    &nbs...

    Seems to me like you want to hire somebody as a sales representative and administrative manager of your operations in NY. Maybe working out of office space that you rent somewhere or out of his home. It's a very common arrangement and there are probably thousands of qualified people to choose from.

    If you aren't up to advertising the job opening and interviewing candidates, consider using an employment agency. I'm sure there are plenty of them in NYC.
