Joint Sponsorship Vs. Household Member Contract I864A

My dad is sponsoring my sister and her family to come to U.S. His income is not going to be enough to meet 125% poverty line threshold. Is it better for me to be a joint sponsor or file a house hold Member contract I864A.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Also if i  file for Joint Sponsorship does my father also needs to file form I864 Affidavit&nb... Support?

    Thanks,
    Prayag

Ofcourse, your father  primary sponsor unable to meet the income requirement then joint sponsor who meet the income requirement can submit Form I-864. Max is 2 joint sponsor is allowed.

If a joint sponsor is used, the petitioning sponsor must use Form I-864; he/she cannot use Form I-864EZ.

If you are capable enough to sponsor your sister you can do it alone. If you are at right age, domicile and citizenship.
