Sounds alot better the second time around. There isn't too much I could do except to offer personal advice. First is to take an inventory or everything and I mean everything about you and her. Get documentation on everything that you can. Read the Texas Family Code and understand about what Texas says about custody. Get online and read up on Parental Presumption and Best Interest of the Child. Be able to discuss your breakup and what led to it. Ask questions when you have them. Decide what it is that you have to offer your kid, not just what her mother does wrong. Learn how to sell yourself. Face the fact that mothers get a break and fathers have to fight for the same treatment. etc. Shoot me a post on how it is going. Invite me to the celebration if and when it happens.
