All the other posters are replying to nothing, so no one can make a decision for themselves if Jowey was "ranting" or had a point.

One would think that this was a place for solutions, note their solutions to issues / perspectives that they disagree with - censorship.  Is this how these attorneys handle their cases ?   It is a "strategy" and "strategy" is not addressed by their ethics.

I did note that one response to my non-existant post was metrics and the associated problems with metrics - consider this era where everythings electronically connected, they could identify if a poster was a client of an attorney and leave those retaining the member to determine if they want the counsel of that individual.

This is supposed to be a forum on legal issues, open to discussion.  Yet if this population recieves criticism for failed services the posts are removed and the poster restricted from the site.

Not only does this community not ensure "zealous" or "diligent" representation they actively cover up disagreeing positions and do not provide functional solutions to those coming to this forum for solutions.

This represents a betrayal of the public trust.  We have seen legislated laws being made to support corporate interests, overlooked for convienience such as for torture and a population of those one should be able to turn to that censors any opinion that differs from their biased perspectives.
