Re: No Work Available -- post office
This blows that option out,, made up job is real enough.. ELM 546.222 Reassignment or Reemployment A partially recovered current or former employee reassigned or reemployed to a different craft to provide appropriate work must be assigned to accommodate the employee’s job–related medical restrictions. Such assignment may be to a residual

Re: No Work Available -- post office
I will file regardless for sure, my lastest Form 50 states: "As per District H RM, placed in rehab position #70042095.20071017" Is that a made up job? How does one tell. All jobs can have numbers assigned to them. If excessing was not in our office, and if I was to go.. this job would NOT be posted... never was posted. Excesing mudles things

DR, LWOP and Health ins
Hi, does anyone out there know if once the PO walks you out the door, NWA, and you file for DR and use up you leave SL and AL if you are able to stay on the role on LWOP? I read if your on LWOP you can continue ... DR is approved ... and are able to keep up your health ins.

Re: health insurance while waiting DR approval
Very good advice.. I could let go and do just that. If I knew that while waiting for approval of DR and not working at USPS, terminated, I would get my health ins back. thanks

Re: health insurance while waiting DR approval
Yes wrong ok...this is why I love these sites. I read and read and get more confused but so much is happening fast but every so slow. I thanks each one of you. I read this TCC things to say it is for "former employees whose FEHB coverage ended because they separated from service, unless they were separated for gross misconduct. This includes employees

Re: health insurance while waiting DR approval
I M Free, itis not called Cobra, sorry it took a bit but found it, it is call TCC, acts like Cobra, and gets same benefits&nbs... Cobra from Obam. 65% but only if your off roles by Dec 31 09. Else one would pay, for my plan, $500 per month...100 a month to 500.... Not thinking it would be to my advantage to go on LWOP unless they would do it until
