    Ive asked it before and I will ask it again..How can you change the sentence of a criminal after he/she has served their time? Whatever the sentence and mandatory revocation period was at the time of sentencing should stand..You cant take a person convicted 25 years for murder and change the sentencing to life on the 24th year of imprisonment...
