  I'm writing to you this morning for some advice.  I was recently terminated from a job and I want to know if I have a case against these not so nice people.  My reason is more principle then anything else.   My reason for terminatin was:  Improper handling of a patient's account.  But the person account they implied was the wife of a gentlmen that had befriended me and we became friends.  Mr. Gazzo is... and he pursued me to the fullest and then the wife, who he told so many lies about evently found out, got my# out his phone and started calling my phone, my job, talking to my boss and eventally she visited my job.  I was first called into the office to advise me that she had called and they were there to protect me, well the next day the husband visited me at my job and I advised him of what happened and told him I could not see him anymore in any way and he did not accept this too well.  In the next few weeks I was called in the office and was told I received monies that was intended for an account, his wife's account!!! The thing about this is,  all is false and this man was scheming I feel to have his wife's accounts cleared because there was soo many.  &nbsp... do any patient, I helped this gentlemen in soo many ways that later came back to haunt me.  Looking back I feel I was set up or something I just don't know but I would have to give you all information to better understand where I'm coming from.  I did appeal the decision, because I felt all the facts were not put on the table and I had no way to fight this right away, again I just feel something is not right with this picture.  I ask them to pull my ext phone records to see how this gentlement constantly called me.  After my first call in the office I advised my supervisor this guy was still leaving things on my truck.  After he kept doing soI called him and advised him I would call the law if it did not stop. This I think set him off and he then jumped down with his wife to set out to get me.  He followed me, his wife to and that was by his direction because she did not know me or what kinda truck I have or where I parked, he did.  But like i said I appealed the decision providied them copies of my phone records showing how he continued to call me even after I was called in the office and there is just soo much with this story but I felt I was terminated inappropriately and even the termination letter I received states Sonya this was based on factual.  I just wanted to speak with someone if they felt I have a case to get the whole story because there is a lot more! I just feel it's soo complicated and just soo not right in soo many ways.   Second thing is that I visited Biloxi Regional as a patient and I was visiting my old co-workers saying hi and by because we had not chance to do this due to the fact they let me work all day on 9/23 and at the end of my shift they called me in to suspend me while investigation was supposely done but nothing was investigated and I need someone to listen to the facts period.   But while visiting as a patient I was in the back at the scheduling desk to schedule an appointment and me and all the ladies that were very happy to see me and assist me as well we were just taking care of business and talking at the same time when the Asst. Dir of Admission who never cared for me from  the beginning came and pulled me on my left shoulder and stated I could not be in the back where I was.  I immediately told her not to touch me and I had witnesses to this incident  and proceeded to get my paper work and leave to head to the lobby.  At this time one of the rep came to me while leaving and stated to me Sonya I will help you, which she did and in doing so one of the ladies that was trying to help me orginially came to me and was like Sonya you need to go to Aministration because that was inappropriate in soo many ways and it was.  I did go the CEO, Tim Mitchell he was not available but I left my number and he immediately called me and I advised him of what happened.  He assured me he would pass it on and take care of this.  No follow up call to date but I also called into the Corp Office Hotline to file a formal compliant advising everything I just stated and advised them of the few ladies present who saw her put her hands on me, a patient that is should never be.  She could have handled this in better manner but I felt she was being nasty and disrespectful to the fullest.  I was given a file# and I really don't know how long it takes but I was assuresd someone would contact me on the findings and/or actions.  I also notified my doctor that ordered my radiology testing that was needed.  He called me immediately and we just talked pass Saturday and he was not happy either due to this was not his first complaint from a patient about rude and inappropriate behavior shown by this place and their employees.  He stated he was meeting with Administration not only about my incident but others and that he was putting something in writting!!  I'm just soo pissed that she did this to me.  I feel soo embarrassed about both incidents, humiliated and taken advantage of.  My work work was exceptional! I just feel they did me any kind of way and I feel no one should be treated in such a manner by anybody.  I feel this place is filled with not so good people in management and there is a lot of cover ups, mistreatment going on.  I would hear about it but it and it ended up happening to me.  I did a lot of clean up in the position I was put in and its just soo much more but i wanted to give you a little insite.   I just want to know if anything can be done about this....Like I said I have a few witnesses on both incidents.  I feel my personal life was held against me as well. My personal life is my business and I advised them a conference with all parties should have been done on the first incident!!   Thanks for even reading this and if you can advise me or help, please let me know.  Thank you and have a great day...
