Daniel Lefton graduated from Brooklyn Law School in New York City in 2000. Prior to graduation, he served in the Offices of New York State Gov. George Pataki, working in the fields of community affairs and judicial screening. In September 2000, he joined the Law Offices of Jerome Lefton, a firm with close to 30 years of experience in the field of Workers Comp. If you are interested in talking to us about your case, we will ALWAYS, be willing to either talk on the phone, meet with you or arrange for an appointment in our office, with no commitment. What that means is that you do not need to retain or hire us, just because you have some questions. We cannot garauntee that we can help in all situations, but we are always willing to try.
The only exception to this is if you already have an attorney. The same way, we would not want our clients talking to other lawyers, we are sure that other lawyers do not want their clients talking to us, and we respect that. If you have a problem with an attorney, talk to him/her about it. If you are still unhappy, consider terminating that attorney. We work for you, not vice versa.
